About the Position:
We are looking for a hands-on Director of Product Management to lead our consumer product portfolio serving millions of users worldwide. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic ownership, team leadership, and direct product execution at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading B2C products end-to-end in high-growth, high-scale environments, with a proven ability to drive measurable business impact across large user bases.
You are equally comfortable defining long-term product vision and rolling up your sleeves to refine requirements, analyze data, and partner closely with R&D on complex, technology-driven products. You thrive in data-rich environments and understand what it takes to build reliable, scalable, and engaging products used by millions.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a large-scale consumer portfolio.
• Drive measurable outcomes across growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Lead and mentor product managers while staying hands-on on key initiatives.
• Partner closely with R&D and Design on execution, trade-offs, and scalable solutions.
• Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and lead experimentation efforts (A/B testing, funnel optimization, usability testing).
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities through market insights, competitive analysis, and deep user understand
• 8+ years of product management experience leading global B2C products, ideally at scale (millions of users) – Must.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams on tech-driven products (APIs, systems, instrumentation, experimentation) – Must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field – Must.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable product and business impact in high-scale environments.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing product managers and elevating product standards across teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and fluency with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools and workflows in product development, including working with R&D on AI-enabled features, personalization, or automation, and using modern AI tools to accelerate product delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development processes.
