We’re looking for a hands-on SDR Team Leader to build and scale our pipeline generation engine. This is a player–coach role, combining leadership with direct pipeline ownership (~40% individual contribution at the start).
What you’ll do:
• Build, manage, and scale the SDR team
• Hire, coach, and drive performance against pipeline targets
• Lead outbound strategy — messaging, sequencing, and channels
• Own pipeline creation and improve conversion across the funnel
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
• 2+ years of SDR/BDR team management experience
• 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR
• Strong outbound expertise
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
• Hands-on, high ownership, and execution-focused
• Martech background
