About The Position

We are growing our sales team and looking for a motivated Inbound SDR to manage high-intent leads and support our dynamic sales pipeline. As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads. Your focus will be on qualifying high-intent prospects, scheduling demos, and ensuring our sales team has a steady flow of opportunities. You will work closely with both marketing and sales to maximize conversion and revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads from all target markets (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
  • Book meetings and coordinate demos for the sales team.
  • Handle high-intent leads with urgency and professionalism.
  • Track and report on lead activity, conversion metrics, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce / HubSpot CRM.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR experience in a Tech/SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot (CRM management).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
  • Background in MarTech or AdTech – a strong advantage.
